Natalie Fletcher (died 20 January 2015) was the wife of senior staff nurse Adrian Fletcher. They separated in 2014 after the news of his affair got out. She died in January 2015 of a bleed to the brain by which time Fletch was working on the wards of the hospital.

Claire Cage portrayed Natalie Fletcher for a total of eight episodes of Casualty. She also made her first ever appearance in the series 27 special episode "Mistletoe and Rum", and her first full episode appearance in "Though Lovers Be Lost".
